The hardest part about being a home based business has to be the part where youre not able to run your business when something like an family emergency comes up and no ones is able to run the business after that. When a business has to cancel orders it may turn the customers away , the point of being open is to meet the demands of the customers the best we can, i guess life happens sometimes,.

Menu

A menu was highly requested for my business, I finally made one.
i will probably remake this menu over and over again until i am happy with it completly.
It took a very long time to finally post this because this is official, this means i am officially taking a variety of orders.

I didnt take many orders this weekend, business was slow alot of people were out of town. That comes with this business.

My Progress on Cinnamon rolls 5 different attempts 5 different outcomes,
consistency is the important thing to me when people buy something from me multiple times they expect the same product. I am working on perfecting my craft .

1st attempt Sept. 23

3rd attempt october 11th

4th attempt october 18th

5th attempt october 18th

The 5th attempt is the one that i like it has a good thickness and if i was buying them from someone i would choose attempt 5.



I took the last attempt and sold them individually.

I looked into the cottage food law .
Basically all i need to have is my  Servsafe & the form filled out
I also have to have a label stating that the food was not inspected by the health department.
There may be a small fee but it’s not Too much I can handle all of that before January.
After this permit is recieved I will go ahead and make my business cards and start marketing
I am so Excited about Actually getting to have contest and things so the word of my business is spread.

the first picture is a rushed job, this presentation is horrible.

I cant believe that i sent them out like that. 

I felt so bad after I told him Id make him some more & i also tweaked the recipe.

The brownies on the right look and taste better. even tho the ones on the left taste amazing as well.

Presentation is very important to me, Presentation on social media helps me with marketing. People taste with their eyes in this case, when you look at a picture you you instantly decide if you like it or not and then you decide if you want more and asking the baker about buying one.
